Communication information

Owners wishing to submit correspondence to the Peninsula Village Strata Council are asked to do so in writing, primarily by email. Alternatively, letters may be mailed or faxed care of Leonis Management, but doing so will result in delays not experienced when using email. Please submit correspondence at least two (2) days prior to Council meetings to allow Council time to process the correspondence and consider the matter at the upcoming meeting. Except for emergencies, all communication must be in writing to be considered by Council.

In emergencies, call emergency services (police, fire or ambulance) at 9-1-1 immediately (as and if necessary). Subsequently, report any matters concerning strata lots or common property to the Strata Council or through Leonis Management (24/7/365) at 604 575 5474.
